Final Photo Critique

After this online course, I’ve gotten more aware of my surroundings. I started to take pictures of things I usually wouldn’t have. I’ve gotten to talked to people just so I can ask them to smile for my photos. I’m glad we have technology, we just need a balance in our life. Techonology is great, but we should be more open to things rather than just our device. I think this course has really helped push me out of my comfort zone. I enjoyed taking photos for my photoblogs, and I feel like I got to learn more about photography and it’s history.

I really like this photo I took of these two. I liked how the sky and lighting was. Although it is dark, I feel like it really suites the photo:

This was on the same night as the photo above, I liked how I captured the moon and the sky. When I usually take photos of the moon, they sometimes don’t come out clearly. But this photo did, so I think it’s one of my best:

This photo as well. The moon was captured nicely, but I wish I got a better background, because the surroundings seems to draw more attention that the moon itself.

This candid photo of my friend blowing her birthday cake. Maybe if I got closer, people would see the candle lights. I think this is one of my best, because it captured a special moment of her:

I really like these photos of my friends, because I captured a good photo of them. They were laughing, eating their food, and drinking their soda, but I managed to get this:

I think this is one of my best photos, because I feel like I’ve captured the scenery well. The building, water, and plants were all complimented nicely. Even if it’s dark, I think a little bit of lighting, could’ve helped improved the photo:

This photo of Bre on her 16th birthday. I think this is one of my favorite photos I’ve ever taken, because to me, this photo is captured perfectly:

Candid of my friends, when we went around the island for historical photos. I think this is one of my best, because the candid photo turned out nicely:

This photo of my friend with the cake we attempted to make her. I feel like this photo is really nice, but the cake doesn’t really show so maybe that’s something I could’ve fixed:

I’d say this as well is one of my best, but I should have fixed the angle before taking it:
